Great Leaders are not born, they are made.

Some people believe that leaders are born with the necessary qualities that make them successful as a leader. While others believe that leadership, like many other similar characteristics, can be learned and developed through life. For me, I think much of the debate depends on how you define leadership.

Let’s assume leadership means having an ability and desire to inspire and influence others. Based on that definition, I can certainly see the argument that leaders are born with leading qualities when I see my daughter using her inherent ability to influence her little brother (and sometimes her parents) to do the things she wants them to do.

If leadership means being courageous and willing to speak out for the betterment of those around you, I would think that leaders do not have to be born as such. I have seen people who consider themselves introverts and overall followers become successful leaders when faced with an issue they are passionate about.

If we define leadership as having atypical intelligence, creativity and/or drive, then I am back to believing that it’s a trait you’re born with, although you may or may not continue to develop that trait through your life.
So what does all this mean?

In my opinion, a leader is made because a person becomes a leader through life and work experiences, through mentors and personal reflection. Leader takes time to develop and they were made just like anything else, through hard work.

Anyone can be a leader. We all have areas of our lives where we have talent and propensity for success. If this is also an area you feel passionate about, you may exude qualities that are absent from other areas of your life. So while you may not be a natural born leader in the strictest sense, you can certainly overcome many obstacles and develop a desire and ability to lead when you are inspired to do so.

"Do you think we should give monetary incentives to the KP2 students to motivate them to get better grades?"

Do you think we should give the KP2 students money so that they'll work harder to improve their grades?

The overwhelming majority of college students who do poorly in class are not dumb; they simply fail to (or choose not to) approach the classroom with a winning strategy. Colleges or universities are not like high school. A student will not be passed just for showing up (at a quality institution, that is). Nor will teachers or counselors be chasing after students to make sure they go to class, do their work, and keep their self-esteem high. Therefore, if your status is already KP2, don't expect any incentive from your sponsor. Face the fact that life isn't always rainbows and cotton candies. Do you yourself deserve the incentive? On behalf of that, three main points not to give incentive to this student are firstly, they will think  that even without studying hard, they still get the money, secondly they will not  see the purpose of studying and finally wasting all the money given inappropriate way.

The first point is, the KP2 students will not taking seriously in their study. They know that even without flying colors in exam, they still have a enough money to  waste. So might they won't study. They doing it on purpose. for example, student who are ready get KP1 still do the same mistakes.

Secondly, they just think that study is one of  the cycle of life. No need to study hard, and just satisfy with passed mark. For instance, nowadays student just take it for granted in their study life and it just fine with a minimum work requirement. Rather than better prospect.

Finally, with money given they have tendency to waste the money with unnecessary things. This is the "norm" of the youngster this day. Example, student are easily get blinded with the accessories such as hand phone, dress, and more. It is such a waste.

As the conclusion, student should realize that money it is not everything. We should use the money with care in order to perform well in study by any chance to achieve our dreams. Therefore, KP2 students should forget the past and started to work hard as much as you can in order to upgrade your GPA. Keep your mind in the right track, aim high world class.

iF I CouLd RuLe tHe WoRLd....i wOuLD ~~~

First of all I would change a lot of things in the world.....ermmm..but for the most important.. I think that at the moment this world is in a lot of trouble and to make it better looking......:)  We have to think for ourselves. I would mostly want to change poverty in this world.

There are many people out there who have the potential to become GrEaT peOpLe iN liFe. Just the lack of money, food, clothes and shelter holds them back. All these things we take for granted.... We people who have what we want should actually feel very guilty when you ask for or buy more stuff.

I would also make murder victims get their justice by actually punishing the guilty..... I wouldn't want to kill them....hehehe...just kidding!!.. This just means in other words we are criminals too as we are killing somebody as well...:)

If I made a list of what things I wanted to change in this world there are many things and writing every single thing would just take too long to write...:)
i hope people out there having sucess in their life everyday...insyaallah..:)
